** Gala dinner on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023. The registration fee for standard registration covers the cost for the conference material, the participation in the Welcome Cocktail, coffee breaks and lunch breaks. The registration fee for undergraduate students covers the cost for the conference material and coffee breaks.

A letter of confirmation will be sent by e-mail to each participant as soon as the registration form and payment are received by the conference secretariat.
Proforma Invoices will be issued upon request, please complete the form with invoice details. The official invoice will be issued after the completion of the Conference and will be electronically send to the e-mail indicated during registration.

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to info@rawmat2023.gr. If cancellation is received by July 31, 2023 payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of 50 euros. Between August 1 and 20, 2023, 50% of the registration fees will be refunded. No refunds can be made for cancellations after August 20, 2023. Please note that due to organizational reasons, all refunds will only be processed after the meeting.
